Seton Hall University School of Law Women's Law Forum cordially invites you to attend its annual Woman of Substance Award Reception on March 19, 2013 at 6:00 p.m. at the Newark Club. The Women's Law Forum is proud to honor Camelia M. Valdes. When Ms. Valdes was confirmed by the Legislature on June 26, 2009, she became the first Latina county prosecutor in the State of New Jersey, the first woman prosecutor in Passaic County, and the first lead prosecutor of Dominican ancestry in the United States. Currently, she is the youngest sitting County Prosecutor in the State of New Jersey.
